Md. Raisul Islam LLB

Mr. Raisul has the privilege to work with different organizations in providing services related to direct tax, international tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing consultancy, secretarial, etc. Before joining HLC, Mr. Raisul worked as Deputy Manager of Taxation & Legal Compliance Department of Howladar Yunus & Co. (HYC), Chartered Accountants, a correspondent firm of Grant Thornton International Ltd. in Bangladesh. He completed articleship from HYC  and has completed 1300 marks under ICAB   His major working experience lies in computing corporate and individual (local and expatriates) tax, providing guidance on advance tax, withholding tax, deferred tax, providing corporate tax planning, consultancy on transfer pricing, services related to value added tax (VAT), secretarial, etc. He also attended training on Transfer Pricing conducted by GT India in Noida, India. Mr. Raisul also has experience in planning, supervising, co-coordinating, monitoring the auditing and accounting works and was involved in various business advisory services and management consultancy services on various corporate financial matters.

As a specialist in direct tax, indirect tax and international tax, Mr. Raisul conducted several in-house and out-house training.
